It’s an overview of Audi as how they are planning to cover the UK markets in next twelve months or after. They have a bunch of new models to introduce in the UK. There are several other brands like BMW, Alfa Romeo, Mercedes-Benz and JLR who are looking forward to introduce more than one models in the same time period.
Let’s start with an about to arrive Audi model, it is a facelifted A1 planned to arrive in January 2015. At entry level, it is offering a fresh look, revised Audi engines and a couple of advanced technologies.
Audi Q3 is the next revised model which is a compact SUV planned to arrive in UK by spring 2015 with revised front grille style and fresh looks.
Third generation of the all new Audi TT roadster is about to arrive in March 2015. This all new TT will be available with folding soft-top and hard-top versions for the first time. In the second quarter of 2015, Audi will introduce a rival to Mercedes-Benz A-Class A45 AMG which will help Audi to balance the power share in the UK market. It is RS3 which is returning to the UK with a turbocharged five-cylinder engine having displacement of 2.5 litres.
Long awaited Audi Q7 is finally arriving in summer which sheds about 300kg of kerb weight. The second generation of Q7 will be offered at the Detroit show in January, next year.
BMW 3-Series also have a competitor to come from Audi, it is an A4. The all new A4 will arrive with a lightweight body, and with economical and refined engines. It will also offer a bunch of new technologies to raise its weight against its competitors in UK.
The most powerful version of Audi’s R series, the R8 is planned to make its first public appearance anytime in 2016, but sales are planned from September 2016. You will be having a lot of fun from Audi before the R8 arrives in 2016.
